Leaders and Delegates of the Cosmos Primary Circles (Publishing, Education, Community, Technology, and Business) meet to discuss priorities and coordinate Cosmos operations.
This group meets monthly on the first Wednesday, except for quarterly (on the third month), when the Cosmos Council meets instead.
